My name is Marzia Rivera and I am a Property Manager and Realtor in SW Florida. I receive emails daily from home owners missing payments or whom have just received that huge foreclosure packet. They are rushing to move out of their home only to RENT another home. They tell me they have to move out in a week which most time is not true but the fear of the unknown leads them to believe they have no other alternative.
I would love to rent everyone that contacts me a home but I know most of you have plenty of time left in your own homes. Depending on your situation and at what point you are in the process you should not move out of your home until either the bank forecloses OR better yet you have sold your home as a SHORT SALE.
